Spinning machine :

The multi-function sampling spinning frame,warp knitting machine&weaving machine's front, middle and back rollers, ring rail lifting are all driven by servo-driving system, which can ensure better quality yarn and better cop-built, no coil slipping during high speed winding.

Providing with the spinning processes, which can be revised by the spinning technicians to meet various requests (e.g. kinds of fancy yarns) from the customers. It is easy for the spinning technicians to develop new products.

The spindle is driven by inverter, which can set the speed curve for the spindle speed, ensuring less hairness and ends.

With its high mech-electrical automation, electric control system, spinning processes setting and flexibility, the frame can automatically control the spinning program, spindle speed curves and ring rail lifting curves. The operator can change the spinning program during the operation, and the frame can provide with alarm device for fault and port for net as well. 

With the color touch screen display, you can have Man-machine dialogue interface, set the spinning processes and display the parameters, set the spindle running curves and cop-built directly on it, which give a whole flexible control system.

Setting the frame working condition: spindle speed, drafting times, yarn count and core yarn draftings, Setting each rollers speed respectively.

Setting the programs for normal spinning, Slub spinning, double-color Slub spinning,

count-changing and twist-changing spinning.

Displaying all parameters for the frame accordingly.
